Genesis Life Projects Volunteer

Genesis Life Projects supports people who are homeless, vulnerably housed, or facing complex challenges such as financial insecurity, mental ill-health and substance misuse. We provide food, clothing, showers, laundry facilities, phone and IT access, and much more at Lifeline. In Life Skills we offer people access to a range of health and well-being activities that are practical, creative and therapeutic. In Life Connect we share a meal together in a warm and welcoming.

We're looking for volunteers to join us on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, 9.00am–12.30pm, to help make our visitors feel welcome and offer a listening ear, while supporting the running of the centre with tasks such as making toast and coffee. A friendly chat over a cup of tea or coffee means so much to the people who use our centre, and it's our wonderful volunteers who help create that warm, welcoming atmosphere.
